Beard transplantation

A beard transplant places hair follicles in your beard area to fill in bare spots or create a full beard. We use your own hair, usually from the back of your head.
For those who always wanted a beard but never had the growth. For those who want to even out uneven growth. For those seeking symmetry and density. We use the FUE technique, adapted to how beard hair grows: different angle, different texture, different density than scalp hair.

The beard grows in some areas but not in others. Asymmetry that affects your confidence.

Areas with little or no hair growth due to hereditary factors or scars.

The beard grows, but with insufficient density for the fullness you want.

Genetically little to no beard growth, but a desire for a beard.

Hair no longer grows in certain areas due to trauma or previous injuries.
Full beard: Complete coverage of cheeks, chin, upper lip, and jawline. For maximum fullness.
Beard with mustache: Classic combination. Full lower beard with a defined upper lip.
Jawline beard: Only along the jawline. For definition without full coverage.
Goatee or mustache: Specific areas. For those who want an accent without a full beard.
Filling: Only filling in bald spots. For those who already have growth but want symmetry.
Angle: Beard hair grows at a sharper angle (30–40°) against the skin. We respect this during placement.
Texture: Beard hair is coarser and curlier than scalp hair. Transplanted hairs come from your scalp and may be slightly finer, but this difference diminishes over several months.
Density: Natural beard growth has a lower density than scalp hair. We place follicles with attention to a realistic density.
Growth rate: Beard hair grows faster than scalp hair. Transplanted hairs grow at the pace of scalp hair and require regular trimming.
We understand that every transition is unique. That’s why we don’t work with one-size-fits-all solutions, but offer personalized treatments, from hairline and beard transplants to eyebrow shaping.
We take the time to listen, understand, and guide you. In a calm and safe environment, we explore what suits you best. With care, precision, and attention, we create results that feel natural and harmonize with who you are.
Results in the spotlight:
Beard hair is different from scalp hair. It grows at a different angle (sharper against the skin), has a different texture (coarser), and a different density.
We design the shape together. Which style suits your face? Full beard, beard with mustache, just the jawline, or filling specific areas? A beard follows the structure of your jaw. We don’t just place follicles; we create a composition that matches how you want to present yourself.
What happens?
Hair follicles are individually extracted from the donor area, usually the back of your head. These follicles are then placed in your beard area, with attention to:

We also work with FUEplus, a variant of the traditional FUE technique. The best of FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) combined for maximum results.
What happens?
Grafts are taken from the donor area and plasma is extracted from your own blood, which is then used to nourish and strengthen both the transplanted and existing hair.

Sometimes a previous result simply doesn’t feel right. A hairline that is too straight, misplaced grafts, pluggy zones, or hairs growing in all directions can be frustrating every day. With a careful repair treatment, we soften these unnatural elements and restore your hairline to something subtle, gentle, and recognizable.
We use the FUE technique for precise correction: refined extraction, removal where needed, and new placement among existing grafts. This restores direction, harmony, and balance, creating a hairline that naturally fits your face again.
What can we correct?
Together, we determine what works for you and restore the hairline you originally wanted.
The transplanted hairs grow permanently. They have the same characteristics as the hair from the donor area: they continue to grow, can be cut, and age naturally.

During a free intake, we assess:
The cost of a hair transplant depends on the number of follicles needed, the size of the area to be treated, and whether it involves the hairline, crown, or both.
Please note: borrowing money costs money.
At Hairmás, we believe a treatment should never feel forced, including financially. That’s why we offer the option to pay in clear installments, so you don’t have to wait.

A beard can be an important part of your transition. We guide the treatment with attention to what suits you: the shape, the density, the style.
We tailor it entirely to who you are.
The costs of a beard transplant depend on the area to be treated and the desired density.
As an indication, we use the following prices: a limited area such as cheeks or jawline from €4,800, an extensive area such as full cheeks with jawline and chin from €5,250, and a complete or complex beard treatment from €5,900. For a moustache or goatee alone, prices start at €3,400.
On our rates page you will find an indicative treatment estimate that gives you an idea of the possible treatment size and associated investment per zone. During the free intake interview, we will discuss your wishes and assess your donor area. You will then receive a personal treatment plan with the final price.
The price includes everything: the intake interview, the full treatment, your aftercare package and the recovery folder. On the other hand, also all aftercare checks on day 1, we ask for photos after 14 days and after 6 months. After 12 months, another physical check will follow. We are always available for questions during your recovery.
Yes, absolutely. We can treat specific areas and you don't necessarily have to get a full beard done.
You can choose just the moustache (upper lip), only the jawline, only the goatee (chin), only the cheeks, or a combination of these. This makes the treatment shorter and requires fewer grafts.
For just a moustache, we charge an average of 300 to 450 grafts. The result after 12 to 18 months is a full, permanent moustache that you can trim, shave or grow however you want.
The process of anaesthesia and treatment is the same as with hair transplantation: local anaesthesia ensures that you do not feel pain.
Specifically, for beard transplantation, facial skin is slightly more sensitive than the scalp. That is why we apply the anaesthetic extra carefully. Scabs on the face are more noticeable than on the scalp, but they fall off on their own after 1 to 2 weeks.
A first intake gives you the opportunity to discuss your situation. We assess whether a treatment is suitable and which approach fits you best.
