Every transformation is a personal story. Hair often plays a bigger role in that journey than expected, it shapes how you see yourself and how you recognize yourself.
At Hairmás, we guide you discreetly, with care, precision, and understanding, fully attuned to your journey and your identity.
After transition, the original hairline may feel too high, too angular, or too masculine. As a result, the face may not fully match the expression you want to embody.
Most common:
Our approach:
Creating a hairline that aligns with your identity. Eyebrows that let your features speak. Time, calm, and care, so every step feels supported.
After transition, the original hairline often feels too rounded, too high, or too soft. The desire grows for a straighter, more defined line that better aligns with a masculine facial structure.

Our approach:
A hairline that provides direction. A beard line that defines your face. Density that feels natural and aligns with your identity. With time, calm, and understanding of what this step means.
We understand that every transition is unique. That’s why we don’t work with one-size-fits-all solutions, but offer personalized treatments, from hairline and beard transplants to eyebrow shaping.
We take the time to listen, understand, and guide you. In a calm and safe environment, we explore what suits you best. With care, precision, and attention, we create results that feel natural and harmonize with who you are.
Results in the spotlight:
We use PRP (Platelet Rich plasma): the gold standard for natural results.
What happens?
Hair follicles are removed one by one from the donor area, usually the back of the head where hair continues to grow permanently. These grafts are then placed in the areas that need restoration.
Why PRP?

We also work with FUEplus, a variant of the traditional FUE technique. The best of FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) combined for maximum results.
What happens?
Grafts are taken from the donor area and plasma is extracted from your own blood, which is then used to nourish and strengthen both the transplanted and existing hair.

Sometimes a previous result simply doesn’t feel right. A hairline that is too straight, misplaced grafts, pluggy zones, or hairs growing in all directions can be frustrating every day. With a careful repair treatment, we soften these unnatural elements and restore your hairline to something subtle, gentle, and recognizable.
We use the FUE technique for precise correction: refined extraction, removal where needed, and new placement among existing grafts. This restores direction, harmony, and balance, creating a hairline that naturally fits your face again.
What can we correct?
Together, we determine what works for you and restore the hairline you originally wanted.
We strengthen the hair that is already there: it becomes thicker, stronger and less prone to falling out. The activated hair follicles follow your natural growth cycle and continue to change with you.

During a free intake, we assess:
The cost of a hair transplant depends on the number of follicles needed, the size of the area to be treated, and whether it involves the hairline, crown, or both.
Please note: borrowing money costs money.
At Hairmás, we believe a treatment should never feel forced, including financially. That’s why we offer the option to pay in clear installments, so you don’t have to wait.

A beard can be an important part of your transition. We guide the treatment with attention to what suits you: the shape, the density, the style.
We tailor it entirely to who you are.
Yes, hair transplantation is possible during hormonal therapy, but timing is important.
For trans women, we recommend waiting until 6-12 months after starting anti-androgen therapy, as hormones slow down male hair loss. We want to wait for the hair loss pattern to stabilize so that we don't treat too early and have to intervene again later.
For trans men, the timing for beard transplantation is 12-18 months on testosterone. This is because testosterone stimulates our own beard growth, and we want to see how much natural growth there will be before we supplement where necessary.
During the free intake interview, we will discuss your hormonal status extensively and, together with the doctor, we will recommend the best time for treatment, tailored to your transition.
Yes, absolutely. We can create a full beard, even with zero beard growth.
For trans men, the options are: a full beard (2,000-2,500 grafts), the jawline only (1,000-1,500 grafts), or moustache and goatee (800-1,200 grafts). We can also work in phases, first adding a base and later adding density.
We take the grafts off the back of your head, where trans men usually have enough hair available. The result is a permanent beard that grows in the rhythm of scalp hair, which means you have to trim regularly.
Phased work has the advantage that it is less stressful per session, your donor area can recover between sessions, and your transformation is gradual.
Yes, at Hairmás, we feel no pressure to decide quickly. Transformation requires rest, consideration and security.
Our free intake interview is without obligations. We'll discuss your situation, wishes and options, and then you can think for as long as you want: days, weeks, or months. You can also stop by multiple times for questions, which is also free.
If you're not ready for a physical appointment yet, you can start with our HairScan. Upload photos and get an analysis by email, and then decide whether you want to continue.
We do not impose waiting list pressure. Some clinics say “decide now if the waiting list is months”, but we don't. We make time for those who opt for quality.
Why this approach? Because a hair transplant or beard transplant is permanent. These are important decisions, especially during transition. You have to be sure, and we wait.
Yes, absolutely. Eyebrows are crucial for gender expression and we guide this with care.
For trans women, this means creating a higher arch, adding density where female brows are fuller, and extending the tail. We often combine this with a hairline transplant for a complete facial transformation.
For trans men, we work on fuller, straighter eyebrows, masculinise the shape, and make the base between the eyebrows fuller. We often combine this later with a beard transplant.
On average, we use 200 to 400 grafts per eyebrow. The result is permanent and natural, although you have to trim because the hair grows in the rhythm of scalp hair.
A first intake gives you the opportunity to discuss your situation. We assess whether a treatment is suitable and which approach fits you best.
